By creating an account or using Bosko, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Bosko is an AI-powered faith companion that provides:

• Ask Bosko — spiritual conversations tailored to your Christian tradition
• Prayer tools including guided prayers, rosary, chotki, daily office, and prayer intentions
• Bible reading, daily readings, and scripture memory features
• Liturgical calendar and tradition-specific content
• Spiritual journey tracking with streaks, achievements, and progress metrics

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Each person may maintain only one account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

When using Bosko, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with the AI companion and community features
• Not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or misuse the AI system
• Not use the service to generate harmful, hateful, or inappropriate content
• Not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Bosko is an AI companion, not a substitute for pastoral care, professional counseling, or medical advice.
• While we strive for theological accuracy across traditions, AI-generated content may contain errors.
• For important spiritual, theological, or personal matters, we encourage you to seek guidance from your local clergy, pastor, or qualified counselor.
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated spiritual content.

• Bosko offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription, Bosko Plus, available as a monthly or annual plan.
• Bosko Plus is an auto-renewing subscription. On the web, payment is charged to your card via Stripe; on iOS and Android, payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the then-current price (currently $19.99/month or $199.99/year, shown in your local currency at checkout) for the same period, unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period (you keep access until then). On iOS, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, open the Google Play Store → Subscriptions; on the web, use your Bosko account Settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies, and refund requests for those purchases must be made directly to Apple or Google. For web purchases billed through Stripe, contact us and we will handle refund requests in accordance with applicable law.

• The Bosko application, including its design, features, and AI technology, is owned by us.
• You retain ownership of content you create (prayer intentions, journal entries, etc.).
• By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the service.
• Scripture content is sourced from publicly available Bible translations and used in accordance with their respective licenses.

• You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Upon account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Bosko is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Bosko after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
