Ja Jesus kutsui tykönsä lapsen, ja asetti sen heidän keskellensä, Ja sanoi: totisesti minä sanon teille: ellette käänny ja tule niinkuin lapset, niin ette suinkaan tule sisälle taivaan valtakuntaan. Sentähden joka itsensä alentaa niinkuin tämä lapsi, se on suurin taivaan valtakunnassa. Ja joka holhoo senkaltaisen lapsen minun nimeeni, hän holhoo minun.
