Life

Andrew Dung-Lac (1795-1839) was a Vietnamese diocesan priest and one of 117 martyrs of Vietnam canonized together by John Paul II in 1988. They represent the many thousands who died for the faith in Vietnam from the seventeenth through nineteenth centuries. Patron of Vietnam, these companions are honored together each November 24.
